Overview
We held a Belbin training for our leadership team, delivered by Mats Soomre. Understanding the Team Roles was eye-opening, and team members now look at each other in a completely different light. It brought us together as a team, and we are now more conscious of how to draw on each other's strengths. One of our most experienced and critical leaders said after the training that it was probably one of the best and most useful leadership trainings he had ever attended — and that his own development as a leader would have benefited if it had happened years earlier. And of course Mats himself, with his passion and experience, is in a class of his own. Not for a single moment did anyone lose focus or attention. Two days flew by. I warmly recommend it.
