Margit and I met at university, studied the same field, and graduated the same year as systems engineers. Thirty-five years later, she is the reason most of this work exists in the form it does.

She is my exact behavioural counterpart. Monitor Evaluator, Implementer, Completer Finisher, Specialist. Where I generate, she evaluates. Where I start, she finishes. Where I move fast, she measures. Together we cover almost every behavioural gear a partnership needs — the ones who ignite, connect, evaluate, deliver, and finish.

Her contribution is not decorative. I arrive with ten unfinished ideas and a conviction that something new needs to happen before lunch. Margit arrives with the question nobody wanted to hear — "And who will finish this?" — and the patience to answer it. She counts the load-bearing walls. She stress-tests before the wall arrives. She kills the ideas that would waste our time and sharpens the ones worth keeping.

This is also lived evidence of what the work argues. Differences are not obstacles. They are capacity. The team you have is better than you think — starting with a team of two.
